    I just started the regiment a week ago and yes the plyrometrics and the ab ripper are no fuking joke.

    Im 225 now @ 6'2 I want to go back down to 210-215 but lean and strong.

    Im out of shape. That's what missing carnival for 2 years can do to you.

    No joke, also Yoga is the worst, skip that crap all together...but it would benefit me....plus dem banana/superman rolls in that core synergistics, and the slow motion 3 in one pushup...sickening.

    Tony Horton don't does all the workouts though, he takes massive breaks before and after the hardcore pushup and pullup portion.

    LOL but I do see my core getting tighter which is the #1 reason for me doing the workout.
