Now did you do this for a charity event? Did you walk continuously? If so, why? If not, how did you break up the 100 mile walk? Where did you walk? Why a 100 miles? Were you building up to this goal? If so, why this particular milestone?

Yes I am full of questions because you provided no details!

    24 Hour Run & Relay

I mostly ran continuously. I walked when i was in too much pain to run. We had 24 hours to go as far as we could. 100 is somewhat of the thing to do.

I think I am exaggerating...now that I think of it, the Charity walk was only 5K.

running for some reason (cause its running only that does it) brings on exercise-induced asthma for me, so that was a HUGE accomplishment on my part that I was dead at the end of it. but it was for charity so it was worth the effort.

so ppl who can run long distances I admire like u

My dad was a runner - did about 25 miles per day when he was alive - but I'd have to tag along on my bike to make it lol
