    Is this a healthy weight?

Started the gym a motnh ago. have been on an intense muscle mass diet. was originally 180 and im up to 205 ( i didnt gain all of that in that oen month tho).

    anyway is 205 a healthy weight for my height?...im 5'11 3/4.

i dont want an overly buff look but i dont want a super lean (thin) look if u get wat i mean.

    depends on your bone structure.

you havent seen where ppl can be the same height but because of bone size weigh radically different?

classic example are models. Your average 5'10" girl is larger frame size than the type of girls who are models, hence you have a model weighing 110 pounds vs another girl at the same height weighing 170 pounds but neither would be considered fat or overweight.

    does that make sense?

sounds healthy for what you are trying to achieve... have you measured your body fat?
the healthy man does not torture others - generally it is the tortured who turn into torturers.

no processed foods. mostly turkey beef and chicken. eggs in the morning. protein shakes, protein bars , fruits and veggies , potatoes , pasta , rice.

the thing wat i tryan figure cuz everyoen tellin me stay at this 205 and transform the fat into muscle. but the thing is i look at my chest (no fat dere) and i still want it get bigger. so shudnt i keep on with the muscle mass building program? Most of the fat really is in the love handles area. I want my arms to (no fat there either) get bigger than they are too.
