    I don't have special recipe but I can share my routine...

    Weekdays - no rice policy / more of fruits and juices
    Weekends - no deprivation / eat what you want

    And regular workout :-)

    I maybe late for this my favorite diet is greek yogurt with berries in the morning. a slice of fruit and bread for lunch and tea before going to sleep.
