lunges it helps the thighs and hips as well




this is the best pic I could find but instead of the knee being pointed outwards have it face down to the mat and raise the leg up and back to the perp. initial location.

Stiff Legged Deadlifts.... Great for hamstrings.. and glutes if you squeeze at the top

Good info has been posted so far but the exercise that i saw the most gain from was actually the sumo deadlift,look it up,and remember to do them slow and controlled
