    Fish oil

    Hi guys i wana know if someone guid me on fish oil . I wana know how much i can use it in a day . I have readed somewhere that 1200MG is preety enough for an individual in a day . i will be really greatful if someone helps me . Thanks

    yeah it isnt bad but over 1000mg can and will run your belly. Best to build up to that dosage. If u start off at that, you may regret it! lol

    Yes they are 1000mg, but how much EPA/DHA do they contain? Usually they are EPA: 180mg, DHA: 120mg. That's 300mg. Even though 10 of those pills is 10 grams of fish oil in total, it's only 3 grams of the content you should be worrying about.
    2-3 grams of combined EPA/DHA and you should notice some positive effects.
    Spread them throughout the day.
