    Cardio Training

    Hi folks,

    I like to run/jog but I find that I am not improving. I usually run 5.5k in 39min with a 7km/min pace. I would like to run the 5k under 20 min but I don't know which exercises to do to improve myself.

    So please share your knowledge!

    warming the body up is the key....

    set a good schedule like about 4 miles daily.

    odd days run in speed burst like 1/2 @ your regular pace then 1/4 mile in full sprint run the four miles n dat manner.
    Use a heart rate monitor to monitor your heart rate always push a lil harder when you have reach your ideal heart rate. you can't have variations, you have to maintain a stringent schedule.

    Like when it get cold you need to go to a gym or something like that...
