I usually run from 4 - 6 miles three times a week. I do it primarily
for exercise and the sense of well being that comes from completing
    each run.

75 miles!!?? My god, you're a machine!! I try to do 3 - 4 miles, three times a week. Nothing serious but recognize the fantastic value in it.

I run a lil bit 3x a week; when I slack off its due mostly to body pain.
It's great now to see how far I've come when I couldn't even imagine completing 1mile. And its crazy even the days I don't feel like running once I get over the first 5 mins I'm good.

I must admit that I only do treadmill running right now. I have a bum foot and want to make my workout as low impact as possible. No matter how sluggish i've been feeling...a little running....and i'm firing on all cylinders again. Great for the libido too.

I know I can run longer than 400 meters if I keep at it, but for what? After 400 meters, I go jump in my car and go where I need to go.
