    Hmm I have so many favorites.


    But first things first.....I have to tell everybody that abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym

    Meaning, you can do all the crunches you want but if you have a layer of fat over your abs, you will not be able to see them even though you are training them.

    The layer of fat must be removed first.

    Weighted crunches
    Toe touches
    Double crunches
    "L-Shaped" Chin ups (love these)
    Ab wheel
    Leg raises

    So many more I can't remember the names for right now.

    Most ppl will actually have visible abs without doind any ab workouts jus by getting their body fat low enough,honestly and compound exercises such as sqauts and deadlift do work your abs

    Why..yes it is...

    But if u must know...
    I have 10lb ankle weigts so i do alot of leg lifs, 30 seconds etc. hit the lower abs.
    Planks
    good ole fashioned sit ups
    Crunches on the big ball
    I do situps on verticle bench with 35 or 45lb plates.. etc
    I do lumberjacks etc. with cables

    the easiest:

    lay down flat on the floor
    lay your knees off to the left side, but keep your shoulder blades touching the floor
    hold the back of your head with one hand
    hold your abdomen with your other hand
    do 50 crunches up and down
    lay your knees off to the right side, repeat for 50 more reps

    do that a few times a day and you will feel the burn in no time
