"Pa ni tan" means "don't have time". Only the chorus is in creole, the rest of the song is in french.
The song is about the 2 girls who r fed up with men who cheat them, lie to them, now they want to take advantage of their new freedom. They don't want to waste their time with short-lived relations.

Nice video even though I don't like the song. It doesn't really get airplay in Martinique...I notice TINA is now called TINA ALY...it sounds like TINA...ALI ANGEL, doesn't it? hum

I think the part with the choregraphy in front of the big buildings is in Paris, and i think the video was shot in Miami too.
