    Todays dance hall riddims

    what you guys think about them.. i think dance hall died back at least 2003

    them riddim dem sound like de same .. ah bunch ah strings .they are very thin dynamic wise and lacks that fat analogue sound like they had from 70's to 1999 ... them riddim dont sound good at all

    can't see the videos but the sweetest riddim ever is the Diseases riddim, sleng teng, stalag and dem riddim deh


    as far as newer riddims after showtime riddim, bruckout and street sweeper, it was all downhill....a small honorable mention to the applause riddim

    they lacking that punch .. i realized they have the vocals that over powers every thing .. with ah bunch ah reverbs to make it sound even bigger

    these were probably the most recent successful riddims. after that forget it. all the riddims today sound like crappy hip hop rip offs. for the lack of better terms, they sucked all the "african" out of them. call me when they are back with real danceable riddims.

    well those were EARLY 90s riddims, i was naming the LAST of the decent riddims that came out in the LATE 90s....most of the early 90s riddims were hot

    Bruckout was MAJOR...

    in 1999/2000, the Baddis Ting Riddim and Hurricane Riddim were great





    But the Buzz Riddim and 9 Night Riddim were some good riddims too 2002 had some good riddims

    the Dem Time Deh Riddim... I call it the last of the Mohicans because it was right before every riddim that came out seem like it was made for them gay lookin dudes who be hoppin and skippin on the dance floor

    and the only hot song pon di buzz riddim was di mad cobra...all the other songs were kinda garbage....mad cobra save dat deh riddim...and don't tell me di sizzla bad too cause that sizzla was garbage to me lol
