BTW: The riddim is a remake of Phyllis Dillon - Donít Stay Away.
As I'm sure many will hear it and immediately remember hearing it sometime before.

Bet you guys didn't know that this original rock steady version was arranged and accompanied (for producer Duke Reid) by Trini born and bred Rock Steady pioneer Lynn Taitt, the man who played guitar and bass on most of the Jamaican Rock Steady hits between 1966 and 1968 before Reggae came in.
Lynn Taitt was one of the main players who helped to transition Jamaican music from Ska into Reggae by helping to pioneer rock steady which was the crucial bridge.

Rocksteady, @ least in the us of a, is underrated, and overlooked....
    ...especially Phyllis

Hibernation is a covert preparation for a more overt action.
