Nothing to with Nazism. Those people do aslo need to be persecuted, but they never made claims that go directly against the beleifs of the faith. This guy has. I don't disagree with some of the things he espouses, but they are not part of the catholic belief. Nothing to do with race either.
Let's look at who they have excommunicated 1990 to the present.

* Marek Bozek and six board members of the former St. Stanislaus Kostka parish in St. Louis were declared to have incurred automatic excommunication for schism by Raymond Leo Burke. Before this, Bozek was canonically suspended for leaving his assigned parish outside of St. Louis without permission in order to head St. Stanislaus.
