all the badness going on in the world and people still consumed in worldly things. if everything was perfect, many ppl still wouldnt give God the respect he deserves. because of the suffering, you need to learn to appreciate each and every blessing. you would think gosh a friend close to me just pass, life is real, let me geh my act together because i want to go to heaven. but many ppl miss the message and instead focus on the fact that God chose to take they friend. everything happen for a reason, maybe the friend served his purpose already. i know the bible is huge, but there is a lot to learn from it. you should take it up and start reading. probably Revalation to see how much worse things gone get. then you'll understand life is not that bad!

what your refering to is Existentialism. by saying there is no God is not going to fix any problems the same way saying there is no gravity is gonna make u fly. God never said to place all blame on the devil. we do have decisions to make in this life and many many people make the wrong ones. I was once to a point where i cursed God and felt like was in the lowest of the world. Not too long after that I came to know Jesus and never looked back. Today I'm at the highest point of my life and still climbing. God can do amazing things in your life if you just give him a chance.
Yes revalation is horrible, but it is going to happen. and trust me you dont want to be here for that. so why not live life right now (even if you have to suffer a bit) to spend eternity in zion

I'm sorry you feel this way.

I definitely believe in God. I believe in the controversy between good and evil, right and wrongdoing. The things going on in the world make sense to me from that perspective.

Question for believers. Why does god get to have absolute power?

Question two: Do people really think god is doing something? If he is, then what is he doing? For example, look at places like Haiti, Bosnia, Darfur. Christians or Muslims will say "I will pray for them" I LAUGH at this!! You mean to tell me that maybe, if we pray enough, god will realize "hey this is wrong, I should probably fix this!"

Question three: Why do bad things happen at all?

I did when I was younger, and the last year I was off and on. Watching way of the master on christian television network had me pretty scared. but thats a sick game they are playing. And those evangelicals need to leave other cultures ALONE and actually figure out how to seriously help people!!!

I think that God exists in all of us. I think where people have a problem is that they sit down and expect God to just come and solve all their problems without considering that he helps those who help themselves. You may wonder about all the strife that is taking place in the world today but the fact is these things have always existed. The thing for us to do is to look around our own environment and start doing things to help each other. Trust me, the fulfillment you get out of seeing a smile or some form of appreciation from someone you just helped is priceless and even if they don't acknowledge it you should still feel good about yourself.

If you check it out a lot of evil things happen because of mankind's selfishness. I've always said that God made this world big enough for all of us and there's enough to go around but because of selfishness people will always suffer.
