What no more Kobe Hate

Good thing the lakers surrender to kobe and got rid of shaq, now instead of a lazy, fat ass, depleting center they have a young up and comign star (bynum). Lakers are actually competing. where is all the hate Kobe was getting for asking for them to get Shaq out of town, why in hindsight aren't that haters applauding Kobe for his foresight on what would happen to Shaq. Why isn't shaq being hated on for the miami heat having the worse record in the east?

WhAT!

PHUCK A KOBE!

How many championships has Shaq won since he left the Lakers?

How many has Kobe won?

Kobe was just crying about getting traded.

Kobe's a great athlete but he doesn't make others around him better.
Not because of his talent, because of his stank azz attitude.

You can say the opposite about Shaq.
Dwayne Wade couldn't win championships without shaq.

SHAQS ISSUE NOW IS AGE. WAT HAS BEEN KOBES?

But one point that Canalero said was true. Kobe actually wanted out of L.A. before the season started, so imo he doesn't deserve any "credit" for the turnaround.

You can't blame him for the "not making teamates better" myth. Could anyone make Smush Parker a better player? Shouldn't he have been thriving with Shaq this year?

They made the best move getting back Fisher which ironically has coincided with the Jazz not being the same team as last year.

Question, what do you mean he cant take some credit if his game has changed? If he cared about his stats, you think they would still be this successful so far?

Years ago people wanted to compare him to Jordan.

Now that talk has stopped.

Guess I was wrong. Some haters don't know when to stop burying their foots in their mouths.

Which is exactly why the Lakers traded him away rather than giving him another fat contract and mortgaging the future of their team.

Thanks for completely agreeing with jewelstix.

Now that you're done with the histrionics, perhaps you could calm down and actually try to answer his question:

Well what has "changed"? He's still tallying roughly the same assist totals as before. In fact his numbers are pretty consistent with what he's been doing across the board aside from scoring. Rebounding-passing. His fg% is a tad bit worst than last year. He doesn't look like that much different of a player to me than before.

I said he shouldn't be given credit because he wanted off of the Lakers prior to this season, not because I think he's not doing much to contribute. Fisher's return and the growth of Bynum are the real reasons for the Laker success. Kobe's still pretty much the same player aside from ppg.
