**Official IMFF Islandmix Fantasy Football 2009**
So as we embark on our 6th season of IMFF I would like to open the floor to any propsals from our participating managers. Please inform me if you are returning and if you plan on changing team names. If you know any of the managers personally and they are no longer active here please inform them and let me know if they are retaining their teams.
My official proposals up for discussion and vote are: a) 1 QB and Defense per team. Should your QB get injured you will have first preference on his official backup. My reason for this proposal is that I have noticed managers hording players for ransom (my opinion) I see no reason why any manager should have 3 quarterbacks on their team while other managers end up without 1. Considering the normal depth of our league it will never have enough players for everyone to compete fairly if positions where there is only one starting slot on each NFL team, occupy multiple slots on our fantasy rosters. b) Changing the fantasy starting team make up to feature 1 QB 1 RB 2 WR 1 TE/WR 1 Ind defensive player 1 Team Def. These are merely proposals you can agree disagree or propose a modification if you like. I would like that we have all proposals of any kind discussed and agreed by August 1, 2009 Management! P.S. man... RETURNING CHAMPS are here.
The Cinderella story called BOUYON KINGS. The QB rule seems extreme, but our league is pretty massive. I say lets to the math first and allow for a max of 2 QB's. However I will second the two defense motion. |
