Undoubtly the Yankees were going to make a run. They couldn't stay 14 behind the entire season, especially with the amount of money they put out. Steinbrenner wouldn't hear of that. However, y'all still behind. Yankees are hitting the high point of their season. We all know the baseball season is a marathon, not a sprint. So each team will hit their strides at different points and tail off at different points. That's how the season goes. I ain't tryin to count my chickens before they hatch, and you CERTAINLY shouldn't But I appreciate your dedication, even though you are a Yankee fan |
