Unnecessary Spending
So, I went to the mall the other day to return something. I returned the item and left the mall with a blender and a pair of sandals. Ok, the blender I really needed but the shoes was an impulse buy AND it wasn't even on sale. I promised that I would not buy anymore shoes this summer unless I REALLY needed it. (Ask me what is REAL need, I eh know) I bought so many sandals/shoes last year, most of them were only worn once or twice, so I figured I shouldn't spend any money on sandals this year. I'm on my third pair and summer eh even start yet.
So, just when I decided that I would return the shoes....my friend sends me a Nine West coupon. So now you know I returning the shoes AND buying them back with the coupon. Ladies, do you just give in to your shoe obsession or is there a way to stop? No really, I need to stop buying shoes, not another box could fit in my closet. Imagine, I have to sneak my shoes in the house when I buy them because if my boyfriend only see me come home with another pair of shoes, he'll probably return it himself. |

I would say to just stop going to the mall for a while but there is always on-line.
Perhaps there should be an Imix support group because I have that problem. Tuesday . . . Go to the mall to return something for $70.00. Come out with something that cost $150.00. |

its tough girl. i really believe that shopping can be an illness! *not saying you have one of course* just sayin that it is addictive.
I have to take a few things back myself....i went to zara the other day and went crazy..when i got home, i was like do i really need any of this?????? i have things i've never worn or do wear much just because they aren't in the front of the closet.... suggestion - maybe instead of not shopping at all for shoes, say, you can buy a pair every 3 months or something.....set a limit and then try to stick to it |

Honestly I would not spend alot of money on cloths because I wait till it have sale then buy clothes cause I HATE TO BUY SOMETHING TODAY FOR $40 and next two days yah see it for $15 so what I do i keep just the amount of money i need for the day in my wallet and it really helps in not spend impulsively. And I do have great controll in not using my cridit card.

well I'm giving in to my shopping disease this weekend
but I have plenty justification for it my firm is moving to a new location by April 19 & we were told they will be enforcing a new dress code my firm has always been very casual but now I'm being forced to dress more corporate & conservative we not even supposed to be wearing open shoes in the summer now so I'll be on a rampage this weekend looking for pretty slingback shoes ![]() |

I got put on a budget, where I only have a small amount of money to spend on clothing and shoes. The budget is so small it is negligible, but I have to make do. I wait for every possible sale from every possible store. I can't buy anything at full price or that will be my item for the month
I have to say that since getting married I got much better about spending. I dont want to hear hubbie's mouth so I just try to spend within the budget, of course that means I go over by at least $100 each month, but I am trying. And yes, I sneak bags into the house too. My best friend and I go shopping every year on black Friday, day after Thanksgiving and I just go ballistic at the outlet malls. |

"My name is Kinky and i'm a shopaholic" Really.. imagine on saturday I buy a pair of adidas on sale (and u know sales are sometimes orgasmic they so good!) i well proud of myself. Why yesterday i go to Macys and buy a cute pair of reebox.. FULL PRICE! I HAVE A PROBLEM! and I need LICKS cuz i don't even wear sneakers that often. I certainly cannot wear them to work, and on the weekend I don't wear them to go out. They are tooo cute though.. ![]() |
