 Raw Curry Plantain 5 ripe plantains 1 red pepper 1 green bell pepper juice of half a lime 1 sprig of thyme 1/2 tsp.sea salt 1tbsp.curry powder cayenne or crushed red pepper to taste Peel and quarter plantains.  Kale Chips w/ Hempseed INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs.Kale leaves 1/2 cup Olive Oil 1tsp.Sea Salt 1tsp Onion Powder 1/2 cup Hemp Seed cayenne or crushed red pepper(optional) HOW TO PREPARE: Remove sleaves from stem and rinse. Spin or pat dry. Place all ingredients into a bowl and toss well. Spread leaves over your cookie sheet and place in dehydrator for 3-8 hours. When leaves are crisp your chips are ready!
