O.P.I. Suede collection
It Real Boss... they kinda matte but then they have shimmer.
I like the Suzi in the Pyreenes one (2nd row 1st) also the You don't know Jacques is my 2nd runner up (1st row 2nd)  top l-r then bottom l-r Russian Navy - Wait until you see this deep-sea indigo! You Don’t Know Jacques! - If you don’t know how trendy this taupe is! Lincoln Park After Dark - Where midnight meets purple. uzi Skis in the Pyrenees - Our color “mogul” loves this deep blue-grey. OPI Ink. - Make your mark with this sparkling violet-blue. We’ll Always Have Paris - Rendezvous with this romantically rich coffee-plum. The matte collection jus ok some of the brighter colours have the tendency to look streaky cos of the matte only situation.
