Make @ home Recipes for your hair/body:

Jojoba Hot Oil Treament
Ingredients
2 teaspoons jojoba oil
1 teaspoon soybean oil
Directions
Combine ingredients then warm gently on low heat. Test temperature on inside of forearm. Massage mixture into hair.Wrap hair in a hot towel or cover with shower cap or plastic wrap for 15 minutes. Shampoo & rinse out. Reciped may be doubled for very long hair.

Daily Spritz for Psoriasis
from lrobinsonstone
Makes 8 oz. mister
3 oz. apple cider vinegar
1 oz. carrier oil (sweet almond, jojoba, etc.)
10 drops Lavendar Essential Oil
10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
10 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
2-5 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil - for fragrance
Bottled water

Ginger Dandruff Treatment
Ingredients
Ginger root
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Squeeze ginger root through press to obtain one tablespoon of juice. Mix all ingredients. Apply to scalp and let dry before shampooing. Repeat three times a week.

Natural & Simple Shampoo
Ingredients
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup liquid Castile Soap
1/2 teaspoon sunflower or other light vegetable oil

Directions
Mix together all the ingredients. Store in a bottle. Use as you would any shampoo, rinse well.

2 tbsp mayo. (reg)
1 tsp peppermint oil

mix into a paste and use after shampooing. put on a cap, go under dryer for 15-20 mins. rinse and syle as usual.

Honey Head Hair Conditioner
Ingredients:
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 egg yolk.

Directions: Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Massage on hair in small sections. Wrap head with shower cap for 30 minutes. Rinse and shampoo

Creme Hair Conditioner

2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon glycerin
1/2 cup purified water
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, and mix. After shampooing, massage conditioner through your hair and cover with a plastic shower cap. Leave on for at least 15 to 20 minutes and rinse. Make sure all other creme is out.

Winter Hair Repair Hair oil
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon safflower oil
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon lavender essential oil

Instructions:
Mix all the oils together and apply to dry, dirty hair. Using a blow-dryer, apply steady, warm heat for three to five minutes. Comb oil through hair; pull hair back and let sit for 20 minutes; shampoo and condition as usual.

Rosemary Honey Hair Conditioner (Not for Loc'd hair)
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup warmed Olive oil (2T for normal to oily hair)
4 drops of essential oil of Rosemary
1 tsp. Xanthum gum (available in health food stores)

Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into a clean plastic bottle with a tight fitting stopper or lid.

Apply a small amount at a time to slightly dampened hair. Massage scalp and work mixture through hair until completely coated. Cover hair with a warm towel (towel can be heated in a microwave or dryer) or shower cap; leave on to nourish and condition for 30 minutes. Remove towel or shower cap; shampoo lightly and rinse with cool water. Dry as normal and enjoy shinier, softer and healthier hair the natural way. Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
This natural remedy is attributed to Pamela Ferrell:
3 ounce of apple cider vinegar
1 quart of distilled water
1 teaspoon of sage oil
Use weekly after shampoo as a final rinse

50 ml jojoba oil (1.69 fl. oz...you may want to round up to 2 fl oz.)
2 ml lavender essential oil (.07 fl oz)

Directions: Put the lavender eo in the bottle first and then add the jojoba. Shake well. Apply to scalp with eyedropper and massage.

Smoothie conditioning hair mask
Blend 1/2 a banana, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil and 1 tablespoon yogurt. For extra conditioning, squeeze in the contents of a vitamin E capsule. Leave in hair for 15 minutes.
