I feel leggings will only highlight the boots/shoes, I don't think these shoes need any more attention drawn to it. A skinny jeans will blend nice I think. But I do agree, a visual would be nice.

i'm seeing short dress...the prob with skinny jeans is that depends on how fat down it does it mat show in the opening in the back.. pron with shoes like these they dnt fit everybody calves. and may cause bunching in the front of the shoes.. a short romper, or short dress on the right foot will look great.. n e thing else will look too cold weather.. IMHO
not a big fan of the shoes BTW |

why show toes but not ankles small ankles leading up to shapely calves is sexy this boot hides all that...acceptable in winter but in summer I know there are better options.

IMO- tights/leggings is best for these shoe/boots... gives it that "divaish" oomph....
but I honestly wanted to know if the shoe is worth the $319 they asking for.... those shoe/boots is not my style at all...

This worth it and 200 cheaper
 I think the cutouts give this an interesting look and its similar in style to the one you like  there's also a version of this with circular metal studs on the front (no cutouts) edit: here it is  What do you think about these options?
