A cream called Sulfur 8... there's a light formula in a white container with baby blue labelling. Friend of mine uses this. Clears up the flaky scalp and promotes growth she says.

You could also try taking MSM capsules as part of your daily supplement regime. It stimulates collagen and *I think* keratin production.

Olive Oil. yes, literally olive oil that you buy to cook with. it's light, doesn't build up and very nutrient-rich.

Nature's Blessings, olive oil/jojoba oil...I have locs and just tried Cactus Oil from Jamaica Mango Lime line...smells good and it's light (plastic container comes with a nozzle to distribute it on your scalp. Bottle says it's good for thin hair.

if you get dry scalp a lot, watch your diet and go to a dermatologist.

Increase your intake of Omega 3,6,9's, cod liver oil, flax oil and eat protein rich foods. Double your intake if you can, your skin, hair and scalp should show a difference.

Take a multivitamin or eat balanced foods, reduce sugar and relax and de-stress.

Try massaging your scalp with your fingertips or brushing your scalp with a massage bristle type brush to get the oils circulated.

Apply oils to your scalp and see which works for you.

Apricot oils, grapeseed oil, castor oil, coconut oil etc.

See a doctor if your problem persists and get a complete checkup (blood work etc.). It could be stress or other issues.
