yeah and leave it in longer than it says on the bottle, the rinse i used last night is via, i guess it came out good. Then wash and put it in again and leave it on for another 30 mins...don't forget to use your shower cap!

i went to a fete back in febuary, and i was looking all cute cuz i had my hair braided over night, and i opened it up for the party...so i'm there wining down the place....when it was time to go and those lights came on i turned to the mirror that was there and i was like ....WHAT THE F*CK!!!! i swear it was so funny too, i nearly died laughing with my friend, cuz we were trying to rush out of there with the quickness cuz my hair looked like an old bushy mop from 20 years ago!! ......

hell yeah it hurts!! What I do is condition my hair everyday and let it ir dry cuz I ain't bearing no more pain over my tender scalp.
