use a humectant condish
do lots of co-washes.....when I was natural my hair loved that. I used to co-wash about 3 to 4 times a week. Key is moisture moisture moisture cause the winter air is drying.

I went natural year before last, and my hair dresser told me to wear a hat during winter, especially on the really cold days. I also use a Wella vitamin spray, and leave in conditioner is my best friend

moisturize, use protective styles (wigs, braids, or like AnGreecian said a hat), and try to steer clear of sulfate products. also deep conditioning your hair is a blessing. a cheap moisturizing spray that works is glycerin/water/with a little vitamin E or peppermint oil.
