I read it a while back...i think the way it ended caught me off guard because i didn't see it coming and I liked that..the book itself was 'ok'...i can't remember it in detail because i read it when it just came out...but i do know it didn't leave that much of an impression on me as Between Lovers

I read the book 3 years now...and some details bout the book still stand out in my memory. I'm thinking about reading it again.
A female friend of mine is reading "sisters of the yam"..anyone read that book?
