If I remember straight, Ricky T "Pressure Boom" had that riddim and some lady did a track to it too.

Take a listen to a mix of it featuring others whom used it:

Oh my bad. Well I rate it based on how much I like it. Leggo Mi Riddim is just as much of a monster when it came out as it is now. But one of the first riddims I fell in love with in learning about Soca was the Fix it up riddim. As for the Bubble Up, it gives me that same feeling.
