both very talented IMO...but two totally different styles..Edwin has a better voice...no doubt..

since both are multi-talented (writing, producing, performing) I would say Edwin since his voice is far superior to Machel's.

Edwin has the full package. Singer, writer, producer has strong stage presence and has the capability to entertain a crowd. Machel also has the same qualities. Edwin has the voice. Edwin also does not rely as much on gimmics. Bang for the Buck, Edwin is it.

i think they are equally talented, different styles. Edwin can sing better, Machel is way more creative than Edwin in terms style of tunes... Lets face it from the time the 4 note hits you can tell its an Edwin tune.

two of my favorite but i will go with machel overall cause his performance is unmatched. Energy, power, movement. Those things is what I want in a fete Edwin is when its time to find a women and wine, a more melow vibe. which is also good in a fete but say what

overall would be machel because his performance pushes him over the edge
But song writing I have to give it to edwin he is right up there among the best in writing hits |
