If someone is trying to promote party's. Does it matter where, if there are good DJ's that will bring everyone out

But always remember the three most important things to keep in mind. 1)Location must be easily found. 2)Location should be easily accesible either by car or public transportation 3)Location should be relatively safe to get to and leave (includeing people breaking into cars |

Ah lot of ppl are saying that this one club that I have in mind,that alot of jamacian ppl keep their dance at is ah no no. But they rent the club out to anybody every saturday. It does'nt matter trini's ja's
