HS Phaktor is not BROKEN up.

The band has some differences with one member.

However, the band is ALIVE and KICKING, and will be on the ROAD for Vincy Mas 2K5.

You might see one member with the band, but the band will be there.

As for Maddzart, he is coming out with his own album, and of course, HS Phaktor wishes him all the BEST.

Nevertheless, he is still SINGING with the band.

As for Bomani and Shaunelle, they too are still with the band.

Shanuellle is NOT with any FEMALE group in St. Vincent.

So HS Phaktor is still TOGETHER, and still very STRONG, except for one member.

You will see who that MEMBER is come Vincy Mas 2K5.

Mayeb you VicnyPowa can give me some insiaght to why Maddzart left Blacksans to join Hotsands. Each year I feel HS improves on the music they put out.

Can you drop a hint as to who or what the new band is that the former member has joined or created.

Well, most of the KEY PLAYERS (Adrian Bailey, Bomani, Maddzart, and Shaunelle) of BLAKSAND were actually part of HOTTSAND, which is now HS Phaktor, so those members are still part of the band.

Frankly, HS Phaktor had one of the TOP soca albums last year.

It should be interesting to see if the members of the band build on what they achieved last year.

The few songs that I heard from Maddzart's upcoming album, it should be FYAHHHHHHHHHH.

HS Phaktor is now without its founder and former leader Adrian Bailey.

The band, formerly known as HottSand has recruited a young talented keyboardist Earl Wilson to step into Adrian’s oversized shoes as that creative talent has decided to concentrate full time on his pet project, Sky Studios.

It was at Sky Studios that much magic was worked such as Kevin Lyttle’s monster hit Turn Me On was brought to life.

HS Phaktor meanwhle retains their dynamic frontline in Soca Monarchs Bomani and Maddzart, former Junior Kaiso Queen and now Soca Diva Shaunnelle with Savage on lead guitar and the mysterious Max on bass, and Frankie holds down the drums.

Any relation to Tony "Rebel" Bailey from Krosfyah???
