Was it an error to release "Island Pop" sounds during Trini Carnival 2012
The unfortunate reality is that once a song is released for during carnival time it will be viewed as soca. "Island Pop" has a nice sound and could easily place year round. It would of been smarter to release these songs like in August or in April so that the artist would be releasing new music year round.
