Sprint or Tmobile

Ok, my contract is now up with AT&T and I could not be any more happier. They are expensive for no reason, and heartless. I am interested in getting a new blackberry but I do not know which service provider to go with. Tmobile or Sprint? I have done research but I am still indecisive. Please tell me your opinion and give a detailed response to why you choose that service provider. Thank You

No , because of the type of network the phone is runned on. Just like Verizon. You can get the blackberry int'l version from Sprint that one works Int'l.

Sprint uses GSM technology and doesn't use SIM cards. GSM isn't used world wide and the lack of SIM cards means you can't use the phone off the GSM network. T-Mobile, like most other carriers use CDMA technology... the phone can be used on any other CDMA network... which are all over the world.

I've had both... was with Sprint for 11 yrs before switching two yrs ago to T-Mobile. Couldn't be happier. I used to praise Sprint for their customer service, but call service and customer service seriously went in the toilet following their merger with Nextel... not sure if it was coincidental or not. Many of the CSRs just didn't seem to give a shit. Forget about going into the store... was like descending one of Dante's rings of hell.

You mean T-mobile uses GSM and Sprint uses CDMA.
