I got the same problem on my desktop, but the exe file is different I think. I haven't been able to fix it.

A virus more than likely planted itself there as svchost.exe and was since deleted. Run "regedit" and go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Run" and delete the offending entry. Or you can use something like ccleaner (CCleaner - Home). In ccleaner go under click "tools" then "Startup" and remove the offending entry.

Anyways not finding the offending entry under regedit nor regedt32. I think i have to reinistall ccleaner but its all good cah it small enough fuh download suh bless up fuh the help
