Okay so in outlook 2003 etc you can create registration forms.

If you someone sent you .oft forms but you can't see it from a certain sender but can see it from other senders what is the problem. If someone who is cc'd that email and views it what is going on you think. I did some troubleshooting steps already.

Tried a .oft fix.
