OMJ's rom was killing my battery.....switching to fresh 3.3 with a stock HTC kernel. Supposed to raise battery life like maaaad.

Excellent. Tried fresh first but didnt like it much. There is too much to choose from so for now i will stick to what works..

I been flashing since my windows days but I havent seen the need to flash this evo yet. Whats one benefit that I cant get with the stock rom?

 After 15.5 hours of intermittent medium use during the work day (checking radar weather, email, facebook, news, flight delays)...it was still at 40%.
