I went on Friday but didn't get there until about 9:15pm....Because the parade distance was so short....17th-25th on the boardwalk....we missed basically everything....

It drew a large crowd..There were about -3-4 vendors selling shirts and flags...and one food vendor..it took us an 1 1/2 hours to get a platter......which ranged from 7-10.00 ...Steel pan on the stage.

I can't say I was disappointed because I expected exactly what I saw...VA Beach is very restrictive. I didn't go on Saturday or Sunday...beach parking prices are ridiculous..plu Sat. was a bit chilly and windy......There was supposed to have been a cookout at Mt trashmore on Sunday.

I have the same take on Friday night.

I was there on Saturday afternoon for panorama, its was more than "okay" seeing that it was the first go round. I think that once they get another couple trials in, VA Beach Carnival go be nice.
