Band Meets Band
It is being touted as the weekend’s most exciting event and it takes place all day on Sunday. The National Carnival Development Foundation (NCDF) will host another of its Band Meets Band Carnival Celebrity Showdown events, at Woodbrook Youth Centre, at 10 am. Some of the mas bands registered to participate in Trini Match-style events are Poison, Harts, Tribe, Legacy, Masquerade, D’Midas Associates, New Dimensions and GBM Associates. Bandleaders are hoping their masqueraders will turn out in numbers to participate and lend support. ©2004-2005 |
