How does that affect de newbies that played for the first time this year?

I don't think its a problem of control, rather that the TLC system is flawed, if you consistently give out cards every year while the band size stays the same, it just wouldnt make sense. And ppl have been saying this since the second year of using it, but they're now trying to rectify it. All I can say is that it will be pressha for those who dont have one...... with that said thank God I have mines

I would love to play Tribe this year, I am a newbie and its very dissapointing that I cannot get my hands on a TLC Card, I guess To IP I go

I read somewhere that even tho they're not giving any tlc's, the process will work the same...first day of registration will be for tlc holders AND 2009 masqueraders.
