never mind, just cut out carbs and sugars and exercise at least 3 times a week and you will notice some immediated results |

with this one you can start with a group of people and keep track of one another process. Which i like cause you have to do a before and after photo |

Where is the motivation? I've been good with doing yoga on the ball. I just needed alittle more to burn the calories and some support. |

There's a 20 minute Pilates workout tape. It works and does not take that much time away from the important stuff....
Believe me I'm in your situation so finding some me time is very rare... My motivation....looking good in my costume and in my pics :freak |

Save your money. That program is soooooo boring and long. I couldn't do a 1 week nevermind 6.
You should check out Power 90 instead. I saw results quickly (so quickly that I cut it down to Power 60 days ) If you are really pressed for time, give Slim in 6 a try but you have to be 100% motivated. |
