Ok I have a few questions:

1) why is females prefered?

2) Is that $125 US or TT dollars

3) Where is the bathroom, cause I spoke to a few people with guesthouses in WoodBrook and their latrines are outside

Girl, that's why I said no to several of those guest houses. Some of t hem you had to share a bathroom and I don't want to feel like i'm back in the dorms!

Same thing here and one women had the nerve to tell me that if I don't want to share the public bathroom which is outside, I can get my own bathroom with a key (also outside but for an additional charge of course.)

Great small studio... 4 blocks from the Savannah, 3 blocks from Long Circular Mall, 2 blocks from Ellerslie Plaza, single bedroom, private bath with hot water (shower / no tub), kitchenette, parking. About US $100 a night. Single or double occupancy only.







Now all I need to do is convince these old farts they should rent it out...

I always stay in Woodbrook and I've never had that issue It's a nice place. I stayed there last year. The location is REALLY good and the owners really cool too.
