IslandMix - Soca, Reggae, Zouk and Caribbean Entertainment

I'm not knocking the costume it is very nice BUT I'm curious about something. What is the story behind Taboo and why is that considered "Retro"? Was it based on a past mas portrayal like Jungle Fever and Genesis? Was it something from an era in time like Discomania (70's) or Great Gatsby (20's) To me it looks and is named like it belonged in Poison's Erotica. (there's nothing wrong with that though) Please help me out here. :)

Yuh know what..if it was any other band I woulda wonder too but I realize long time that the names of Poison's sections have nothing to do with the theme.
