Barbados Power X Four-Love & Revelry 2009 Costumes
I just rec'd the email..of the sneak preview!! Costumes look great...I am excited and gettin into BIM mode!!!
Blue Skies..Is my favorite!!! Heres a message for PX4: Greetings Power By Four peeps! Crop Over fever is in the air, and we can tell by the numerous calls and emails that you are ready and rearing to select your costume for the big day. We are also aware that due to a number of the regular bands sitting out of Crop Over this year, the demand for spaces will be even greater. For this reason, we are giving our faithfuls an exclusive sneak peek at our 2009 presentation. Early registration starts from Friday June 12th 2009 at the Party Stand between 10am and 9pm. As usual, moving early is the key to getting the section you want in the size you want! Call 437-6937/431-3383 or email bandhouse@powerxfour.com for more registration details. I always play with power x four premium section with SUV Boyz. They did not mention which costume was for the premium section but i sure hope its one that I like or one I can at least learn to love. But like I said Blue Skies is my favorite so I am crossing my fingers :)

Grr was trying to re-post the images again [as I have them], coz the images are coming up small on the thread [unless thats just my pc doing that lol]
Based on observation...SUV section has been white/gold....white/silver in the last 2 years so perhaps 'Energy'? or 'Night Rulers'? But yeah i'd like to play premium this year I think...

Yes you are right...Its white, gold and yellow the first year and white/silver last year. Last years looked so good on the road and on myself, I loved it the best of them all. I said to myself that it might be Night Rulers too, dont think Energy since they played that color already. But if you look at the detail of Blue Skies Bra it has the qualities of being a Premium Section Costume. We will have to wait to see once they get the website up running or some kind bajan soul will let us know if the go to the band launching tonight:). I know for sure this year they have really stepped up. I just dont understand why they never change up the shape of the costume headpieces.... |

Lol..I am glad I am not the only one...I just looked at all my headpieces and was like...these darn things lookin' de fackin' same every year!! But hey they coming along, gotta give credit when its due
