Post Carnival Costume Sales, Fete Ticket Sales, etc. - HERE
In addition to posting your Carnival related comments, questions, and ads here on IslandMix.com, you should also visit this new Carnival website called CarnivalJunction.com that recently launched.
It's an online bulletin board for EVERYTHING CARNIVAL. It's gearing up for Trinidad Carnival now, but will soon branch out to include other major Carnival locations. If you have a costume that you need to get off your hands, if you want to earn extra money buying tickets for people before they arrive in Trinidad for Carnival, if you have an extra car or room and want to rent it out during Carnival, you can post it on this website (carnivaljunction.com) for FREE. The website is new but growing, so you shouldn't be afraid to post. You can browse without loggin in but you have to register to post an ad. Check it out now fellow Carnival lovers. |

I'm getting really positive feedback for the site so far...I just need more people to post ads to increase traffic to the site.

question for you re: site....where it says events etc....are we the peeps to post the events or will the owners of the site etc will be the ones to do so?

Users post, the administrator doesn't do anything...the power is in the hands of the users. Anyone can advertise their event on the site. You just need to register and post....

Maybe...
I'll try to make it girl. But I work on Saturday mornings (teaching dance, so i'm usually completely toast by the time I'm out at 1:00pm). Plus, it depends on whether Dan (transport, of course) wants to drive to DC...But we'll see. I'll keep you posted.
