Poison section order?
When does the order of the sections get decided and what influences the order e.g section size etc?
last year i was at the back..not near the back.. THE BACK!!  : as a result i didnt really enjoy my section and spent most of my time infiltrating others :) |

Certain "Big Guns" run early in the line up of the band...Sonia Mack (usually 1st), Pleasures, Island Events...even Breakaway tend to get placement up in the front.....
Truthfully I think the less popular the "section" or the more "unattractive"...(matter of perception) the costume it tends to end up further toward the BACK of the band |

It also depends on who is playing in the section for example the President is in Waikiki though the female costume is not great looking it will be in the front because of the president.

Last year I believe the people who brought Golden CockFight did Jump up and kiss me and that was in the middle if I remember correctly. Galvanize was I think twenty-one or so...out of 36. I don't even know when you figure out your order. I have heard that there will be 15 music trucks in addition to 42 sections, countless drink trucks and the pee pee truck...Poison is like a Carnival in itself.
