THE PINK (plastic) WRISTBAND. .
(that I purchased at the seville {in the lobby} ) FOR HOMESTEAD CARNIVALE. . I PAID $20, which was to include entrance to the Speedway and roundtrip bus fare. Instead, I saw people walking right in. Security not even asking to see the wristband. . .did this happen to anyone else? (paying money for nothin')

Everyone paid BEFORE they parked. Or at least I did. As you drove toward the parking areas, they had people come to your window (just like opa locka carnival) and sell you the tickets.
