A Caribbean Carnival rolls into South Street with live Island Bands playing Reggae, Soca, Calypso and Steel Drums. The event includes a 3:00 PM parade of Caribbean Carnival bands and costumed island characters down South Street. At 2nd Street between Lombard & Pine, live bands and vendors from the local West Indian community will be featured.
