The steel pan heads should follow some of the other countries and make sure that the pan men a women get paid for there time. Trust me the amount of sponsor ship them does get they could do it, it aint have to be no crazy amount of money. Thats why I like trini I register and 3 days later had a check with my name on it.

pan in NY is a joke....Trust me Ive been in it for over 25 years........

PEople are to greedy.....There is no money in pan in...after we spend our whole summer practicing at the end of the day we dont see a red cent..... Trust me I know .... I have 5 titles under my belt IN NYC.... sad

With that I have been playing with diff bands for years in NY last 2 bands I played with is pantonic and demstarts (Not in reference to these two bands) I have been to bands and hear palyers say they get paid for panorama I love playing pan and I do it for fun but I play panorama in diff countries and does get pay and their winning is not if close to what we does get in the states.
To add to that my dad and I have our own band and once we go to panorama and we get the check once you played you get pay and the parents and players like it.
