Long Island and Baltimore September Carnivals
Are they history?
LI used to be sooooooo nice and Baltimore's September one a good warm up for Miami Anyone know anything about them? |

Baltimore use to have 2...but the september one i believe is history.. last one was an embarrassment... so the only one is the weekend after 4th of july. thats pretty pathetic too but not as embarrassing as the September one.
