Latinos
Any body know Latinos (Puerto Ricans or Cubans or Dominicans) who jump up on the Parkway or do any of the other non-Miami carnivals?
Also, does Cuba have a carnival? |

Dominicans always have their own truck on the Parkway and the Puerto Ricans have the Puerto Rican day parade. I'm not 100% sure if the Cubans have a carnival or not.
