The organization wishes to inform the general public that the Junior Carnival will be held on
Saturday September 1st, despite a wldely publicized Sunday change. However, the start time is much earlier - assemble at 8am and start at 9am ending 3pm sharp. The tentative route is Kingston Avenue along St. John's Place to Franklin Avenue, to President Street then into Brooklyn Museum grounds at Washington Avenue.
